it`s a three day weekend here, and saturday now, so that means a lazy afternoon with coffee & cookies. thought these looked pretty good. first up, miso toffee squares… MISO! so interesting! i`m also a huge fan of butterscotch, might have to give these a try, i said i would be back to food52. mmm. good food inspiration.
and the always tasty looking smitten kitchen with some lemon bars. my mom makes the best lemon bars. i wonder why i`ve been craving lemon sweets so much lately? anyway, yum!
