these are my wabisabi hand towels in progress, woven earlier this fall. i call `em that because they have a totally unfinished selvedge, aka raw edges with loose strings. i`ve been using my own since i made them and they`ve been through the washer and dryer a few times and still look great and are super soft. i think i`ll buy some more cotton and weave myself a full sized bath towel, but i`ll have to psych myself up for it first. it`s a lot of work! anyway, the bath towels are for sale in a small limited run here in my shop. i`ve been weaving everyday since we moved into our own place, but these are the only things i`ve designed and made that i`m super happy with. i`m incredibly proud of the way they turned out! thanks for looking!
