FLU SEASON

nothing like a hot bowl of "zo-sui", or as i`ve always liked to call it, "o-jiya".  if you have some delicious stock leftover after a nabe, throw in some cooked rice, scrambled egg, soy sauce and a few flakes of nori and bring it to a boil.  this particular bowl came from some homemade chicken stock (hence the oil) and the flavor was delicate, and deliciously mild!
