selfie

i tried to take a photo of the couch but i ended up getting a shot of myself.

try not to bitch too much while blogging here in my happy place, but i just had to mention that upon reaching the summit of the mountain and coming around the bend to the beautiful kurama temple yesterday, what did i see but five or six `selfie sticks` being waved around the grounds.  goooah!  asking someone to snap a photo of you and your boyfriend or interacting with human beings in general has become a chore, i guess.  those precious micro-interactions are rapidly disappearing aren`t they.  i`m so glad i did most of my dating before the prevalence of cellphones.  so glad.  i`m also glad museums are banning those darned sticks.  boo urns!
