this is a bit more sentimental than usual... things have been a whirlwind here - new puppy, new job, and two sick moms between us it seems we barely have time to communicate let alone clean our apartment. plans had been swirling around for the past month for a hanami party - something we haven`t done in years but actually sounded kindof fun, but everyone has been so busy (not only us) it doesn`t seem to be happening, and today i noticed the petals are mostly fallen on most of the trees in my neighbourhood. it would have been a nice chance to break out our vintage lacquerware, throw on something springy and take the puppy out for her first outing since she`s getting her last vaccination soon. oh well. a girl can internet-collage!
