the covers alone bring me moments of joy, but i sometimes spend hours on amazon.co.jp perusing the `look inside!`s for inspiration for knitting & weaving projects. you don`t need japanese on your keyboard, just start typing `amimono` in english and you should see a drop down in japanese for knitting books. or for weaving try `teori` just like that and click on the japanese drop down list of options.
or if you need to get off your computer or your smartphone and get out and about, this time of year bookstores are a wonderful place to kill time and stay warm. libraries too! my best friend is coming to visit me in a few weeks and i`m pretty sure we`ll be spending lots of time knitting in coffeeshops; knitting socks and sweaters to keep us warm in my chilly apartment! have a great weekend everybody!
