initially i thought that one of the biggest drawbacks of being married to a person from another culture would be the lack of a common cultural soundtrack. my husband is not really that into music anyway and he usually blocks it out, but it makes my day when he tunes into a record i`m playing and really digs it. that happened the first time he heard `the stranger` a few years back. very cool!
