WEAVING BREAKFAST - OATMEAL










another early morning weaving warmup.  at a recent party the topic of weaving came up; "ah, it`s difficult!" someone remarked.  not difficult, no, but long, time consuming.  and very physical.  it`s not very difficult, but it`s hard work!  so i gear up with a solid weaving breakfast, oatmeal with coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar.  good for the stomach and also for the cholesterol (oat fiber).  my dear friend bought me a box of oatmeal while she was here visiting.  a lovely gift, i enjoy it all the more!  now back to beaming the warp on my creaky knees.
