i am always tempted so strongly by these simple, pure looking, soft skeins of wool. when i went to the weaving shop i was on a mission for warp cones. i walked with a purpose, picked them out swiftly, and tried not to look around too much. this skein sucked me in with its cactor beam.. i looove slub yarns. this one was a little too white, so i tea dyed it with some st. john`s wort on one end and chamomile on the other. i didn`t have much patience to wait to get at this skein so i only gave it a quick bath, but the shade from the st. john`s wort was so promising i`d love to try a proper dye sometime. (if i can part with my hard-to-find tea, that is).
