with weaving as with any creative endeavor there comes a time when we need to stop, step back, sit back, observe, think and plan. my current source of inspiration is the scintillating design world of rachel comey, canadian tuxedos, the manhole covers of kyoto, spring flowers daring to peep through the winterscape of grey, squares, rectangles, poodle hair, lemons, and worn nubby sweater yarn. i love making accessories, i think i have a neat idea for some of my more insane woven pieces. i wonder if i can realize it. the wonderful part about oscillating between dreaming wonderful dreams and the bottom dropping out of the crippling self doubt of being nobody/nowhere at least when you have a blog, is that you can edit out the undesirable parts. it`s good practice for real life.
