we had a guest come and stay last week from brooklyn.. it was so great! missing him already, i left the guestroom with the bed and pillows in tact, and it`s become a flop zone for me and the doggy - we just sneak in there and take naps together. i snuck the phonebook sized copy of `anna karenina` i`ve been struggling with in there and started reading it again. this time i`m really enjoying it! probably because where i picked it up was when levin was mowing the hay with the peasants, and mowing with a scythe is something i really love to do too.
